MidLE are hosting a thought-provoking event that members of the Association and Accreditation Scheme are invited to attend:
Understanding different perspectives across the land, property and environment sector: Climate, Sustainability and Decision-Making in Practice
The vision of the event is to – Enable all attendees and speakers to understand how systems thinking and cross-disciplinary perspectives on climate change can lead to more sustainable technical decisions within their field and beyond.
What success looks like at the end of the day – all involved in systems thinking in some form, recognition of a discipline attendees don’t typically consider, build on existing and future technical and people connections.
The event will be divided into four sessions:
Session 1: Natural Environment – BNG in Practice and Complexities
Session 2: Built Environment – Planning, Risk & Redevelopment
Session 3: Water Environment – Groundwater & Balancing Risk including the maritime decarbonisation journey
Session 4: Data & Digital Tools – Innovation in Land Management
There will be plenty of time for networking and also several breakout groups.
