One of the challenges for all response organisations is building and maintaining competence. When new clients require response to new risks or emerging risks are added to the response portfolio, training has to help build and maintain competence. However how can we make that training as realistic as possible, maximise staff engagement and ensure training has a value to participants. Can AI be used to bring realism, pressure and variety to it.
