The clean-up from the Huntingdon oil spill continues as does the investigation into its cause.
Divers have inspected the oil pipeline that was suspected as its cause and have found damage to it and displacement that is likely to have been caused by a ship dragging its anchor over the pipeline.
There is no indication as to which vessel did this and if the anchorage was prohibited due to the presence of the pipeline…
